Cilantro has:
•Powerful anti-inflammatory capacities.
•Protective agents against bacterial infection.
INGREDIENTS
1 bunch cilantro (coriander)
salt to taste
3 green chilies
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 small size onion
2 tsp pomegranate seeds powder(Anardana powder)
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup water
METHOD
- Take all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
- This sauce goes well with all types of snacks like wada pav(Indian burger), Sandwiches, Paratha(Indian Bread) & Pakora.
